… Summer is coming and I want to look my best: healthy, energetic and physically fit. So I’m trying to eat plain, simply cooked natural food, have enough sleep at night and I have recently joined our local fitness club. Do you do anything special to stay healthy? What makes people healthy and strong? What do you think about a healthy lifestyle?By the way, I’m going to spend a month at the seaside this summer… 

Dear  Ann ,Thank you for your letter,  I am glad to hear from you.Sorry for not writing for so long I was  busy doing my school project.I have been   eating healthy since summer,  I am going to continue this healthy life. As a result i feel myself  very lightweight and healthy, this helps me to feel comfy and beautiful.Firstly it is very important to eat few and you must eat before 5 or 6 as after 6 our stomach doesn’t digest especially  heavy food and it becomes to obesity.

Of course eating healthy means tea without sugar breakfasts, meals and dinners without salt and especially without bread. I think that this three ingredients are very adverse and harmful. We must look after ourselves and keep us healthy by fitness, food  and lively life.
